The annual Association meeting is held each June. At the annual meeting, directors are elected to fill the positions of those with expiring terms. A meeting notice, the previous year’s minutes, and copies of the yearly financial statement are mailed to all owners in advance of the meeting.
The 7-member board meets monthly and as necessary to address special circumstances.
